Welcome to Younique Training Academy<\/strong>. By booking a course or using our website https:\/\/younique-aesthetics.co.uk<\/a>, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.<\/p>1. General Information<\/strong>

These Terms apply to all training courses, events, and services provided by Younique Training Academy<\/strong>. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.<\/p>2. Course Booking & Payment<\/strong>

A non-refundable deposit<\/strong> is required to secure your place on any course. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of training.<\/p>

Bookings can be made online or by contacting us directly.<\/p>

Payment methods include bank transfer, Stripe, Klarna, Clearpay, or in-person card payments.<\/p>

Your booking is not confirmed until payment or deposit is received and acknowledged.<\/p>3. Cancellations and Refunds<\/strong>

Deposits are non-refundable<\/strong> under any circumstances.<\/p>

Cancellations made at least 7 days before<\/strong> the course date may be eligible for rebooking to a later date (subject to availability).<\/p>

Cancellations made less than 7 days<\/strong> before the course date or \u201cno-shows\u201d will result in the loss of the deposit and full course fee if already paid.<\/p>

In the event Younique Training Academy<\/strong> cancels or reschedules a course, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.<\/p>4. Attendance & Certification<\/strong>

You must attend the full training session to be eligible for certification.<\/p>

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes<\/strong> may be refused entry and asked to rebook.<\/p>

Certificates are awarded only after successful completion of practical and\/or theoretical assessment, where applicable.<\/p>

We reserve the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct or failure to meet required standards.<\/p>5. Course Requirements<\/strong>

Some advanced courses require you to hold previous qualifications. It is your responsibility to check eligibility before booking.<\/p>

ID may be required on the day of training.<\/p>

All models required for practical training must meet the course criteria. If you cannot provide a model, please inform us in advance and we will try to assist (additional charges may apply).<\/p>6. Conduct and Safety<\/strong>

All students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the course.<\/p>

Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will lead to removal from the course without refund.<\/p>

Health & Safety instructions must be followed at all times.<\/p>

You are responsible for your own belongings during training.<\/p>7. Liability<\/strong>

Younique Training Academy accepts no liability for personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises.<\/p>

All training is delivered in accordance with industry standards. However, we are not liable for any adverse outcomes<\/strong> resulting from the use of skills after certification.<\/p>

It is your responsibility to obtain insurance if required for practicing professionally.<\/p>8. Intellectual Property<\/strong>

All course materials, manuals, and content remain the intellectual property of Younique Training Academy<\/strong>.<\/p>

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any training material without written permission.<\/p>9. Website Use<\/strong>

Content on our website is for general information and marketing purposes only.<\/p>

Unauthorised use, hacking attempts, or misuse of our website is strictly prohibited.<\/p>

We are not responsible for external links or third-party content accessed through our site.<\/p>10. Complaints and Disputes<\/strong>

Any complaints should be made in writing within 7 days<\/strong> of course completion.<\/p>

We aim to resolve complaints promptly and professionally.<\/p>
