Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in any course.

Certification:

Upon successful completion, you will receive a CPD-accredited certificate.

Payment Policy:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your place.
• Full payment must be made at least 2 days before the course date.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

• Younique Training Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, an alternative date will be offered, or full refund provided.

Attendance:

• You must attend the entire course to receive certification.
• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may not be allowed to participate and will be marked absent.

Code of Conduct:

• Professional behavior is expected throughout the course.
• Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in dismissal without refund.

Health & Safety:

• Please disclose any medical conditions or allergies in advance.
• You are responsible for following all hygiene and safety protocols during practical training.

Photography/Video Consent:

I consent to being photographed or recorded during training for promotional use.

Data Protection:

Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for course administration and certification purposes, in accordance with our privacy policy.

Liability:

Younique Beauty and Aesthetics Academy is not liable for any personal injury, damage, or loss during the training unless due to proven negligence.
