Welcome to Younique Training Academy. By booking a course or using our website https://younique-aesthetics.co.uk, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

These Terms apply to all training courses, events, and services provided by Younique Training Academy. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on any course. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of training.

Bookings can be made online or by contacting us directly.

Payment methods include bank transfer, Stripe, Klarna, Clearpay, or in-person card payments.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment or deposit is received and acknowledged.

Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course date may be eligible for rebooking to a later date (subject to availability).

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course date or “no-shows” will result in the loss of the deposit and full course fee if already paid.

In the event Younique Training Academy cancels or reschedules a course, you will be offered a full refund or alternative date.

You must attend the full training session to be eligible for certification.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may be refused entry and asked to rebook.

Certificates are awarded only after successful completion of practical and/or theoretical assessment, where applicable.

We reserve the right to withhold certification in cases of misconduct or failure to meet required standards.

Some advanced courses require you to hold previous qualifications. It is your responsibility to check eligibility before booking.

ID may be required on the day of training.

All models required for practical training must meet the course criteria. If you cannot provide a model, please inform us in advance and we will try to assist (additional charges may apply).

All students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the course.

Any abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will lead to removal from the course without refund.

Health & Safety instructions must be followed at all times.

You are responsible for your own belongings during training.

Younique Training Academy accepts no liability for personal belongings lost or damaged on our premises.

All training is delivered in accordance with industry standards. However, we are not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from the use of skills after certification.

It is your responsibility to obtain insurance if required for practicing professionally.

All course materials, manuals, and content remain the intellectual property of Younique Training Academy.

You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any training material without written permission.

Content on our website is for general information and marketing purposes only.

Unauthorised use, hacking attempts, or misuse of our website is strictly prohibited.

We are not responsible for external links or third-party content accessed through our site.

Any complaints should be made in writing within 7 days of course completion.

We aim to resolve complaints promptly and professionally.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of England and Wales.
